Jay-Z Feud With Paul Anka Heats Up: '99 Problems' Rapper Slammed Just Months After Robert De-Niro Scolding, Anka Calls Hip-Hop Mogul "Inappropriate" [VIDEO]

Jay-Z apparently has a problem returning people's calls. Or, maybe it's just old timers like Robert De Niro and Paul Anka that are getting the silent treatment. Either way, it looks like the music industry has its next big feud. I'm kidding (kind of), but Paul Anka dissed Jay-Z recently after the rap superstar reportedly wouldn't return Anka's calls. The rapper got called "inappropriate" by Anka after TMZ caught up with music legend recently.

In the TMZ video, Anka is agitated at Jay-Z, because Anka wanted Jay-Z to work on his "Duets" album due out April 9 and Anka couldn't get in touch with Jay-Z. Anka even gives Jay-Z a mild dis by offering up Jay-Z's clothing line as being the reason why the hip-hop star might be too busy.

By the sounds of it, Anka may have a hit on his hands with his latest album. He dropped a few big names like Michael Jackson and Dolly Parton that collaborated on the album with him. Unfortunately Anka seems rather upset about Jay-Z's snub.

Anka mentioned he lent Jay-Z one of his tracks, "My Way," when Jay-Z sang "I Did It My Way" on his 2002 album The Blueprint 2: The Gift & The Curse. Apparently, Jay-Z wasn't interested in returning the favor. As a result, it looks like Jay-Z has a brand new music feud with a musical legend.

This comes after legendary actor Robert De-Niro allegedly scolded Jay-Z at Leonardo DiCaprio's New York City birthday party back in 2012. According to the NY Post, De-Niro called Jay-Z six times about recording a song for the Tribeca Film Festival and Jay-Z never returned his calls. According to a source with the NY Post, De-Niro said Jay-Z's actions were rude. "He told Jay that if somebody calls you six times, you call them back. It doesn't matter who you are, that is just rude," said the source.

I'm sure Jay-Z is a very busy guy, but he may want to start considering calling people back, especially if they are legendary entertainers. Then again, he is Jay-Z.
