Rob Kardashian Accused of Robbery, Strikes Paparazzo in the Face: Argues Over Shirtless Pics, Struggles with Weight after Rita Ora Break Up [PHOTO]

TMZ reports that Rob Kardashian (the younger bro of Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe) is accused of robbing a member of the paparazzi after the photog snapped shirtless pics of the reality star on Wednesday (March 27). The female photographer filed a robbery report later that afternoon, claiming that Kardashian snatched the memory card out of her camera to stop the "embarassing" pics from getting published. During the altercation, Rob also allegedly hit the unidentified paparazzo in the face.The 26-year-old socialite is very open about his weight struggles, especially after gaining so many pounds while dating now ex-flame Rita Ora. He recently tweeted about wanting to shed the weight by working out at the gym more often.

According to TMZ and several other gossip outlets, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star allegedly freaked out because he wasn't wearing a shirt when the paparazzo snapped the pics in LA. After a little argument, Rob stole the photog's memory card and ran off - promising to pay the photo agency back at a later time. Apparently, the photographer was also struck in the face during the altercation:

"The paparazzi alleged that while she was photographing Rob Kardashian, he grabbed her camera and removed the memory card. During the struggle, the paparazzi stated that she was struck in the face by Rob Kardashian," according to a statement from the Beverly Hills Police Department.

Police are currently investigating the robbery charges.
