Tila Tequila and Baby Daddy Battle for Custody: He Claims Reality Star Is "Mentally Unstable"

Reality star Tila Tequila is embroiled in a custody battle over her 1-year-old daughter Isabella. The child's father, Thomas Whitaker, is requesting full legal custody of the child.  Whitaker claims Tila is "not mentally stable," citing the model "she is God." She appears to claim herself is a Russian spy and allegely has multiple personalities on Twitter.

TMZ reports the former couple do not have a formal custody agreement currently. Isabella's father wants physical custody because he believes she would be raised in a more stable environment.  

He is requesting to change his daughter's last name to Whitaker and also is asking for child support. He hopes the judge will order the reality star not to drink 24 hours before she visits Isabella.

Despite these allegations, Tila appears to be responding to the custody battle news, making light of the situation on social media.

The former reality star who made headlines with her previous flat Earth Twitter rants, has posted online that she is God.  Of course, that tweet was in response to someone making a crude comment about her breasts.

In January, Tequila posted on social media that she is teaching her toddler about the Earth being flat and how her mother is a God.

On Monday, Tila tweeted that she is special ops with the CIA.

The reality star appears to admit on Twitter that she has multiple personalities. Or is she simply sarcastically making light of Whitaker's recent claims?

Tila, who was born Tila Nguyen, started her career as a nude model before changing her name to Tila Tequila. She grew to fame on MySpace before hosting her own show on MTV, A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila.

Tila was tossed out the Celebrity Big Brother house after producers discovered photos of Tila wearing a Nazi uniform cap.

Tila welcomed Isabella on November 16, 2014. The model told US Weekly at the time, "I am so in love with her, She's so perfect and beautiful."
