'Suits' Season 5 Recap: Episode 12: Will Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams "Live to Fight?"

Season 5 of Suits continues on USA Network with its midseason premiere. In Episode 11, will lawyers Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) be able to Live to Fight due to the fallout from Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty)?

In a flashback, we see Donna as a young girl, learning from her father that she's moving. She realizes that her father his job and needs money. Young Donna cries knowing she has to give up her old life.

Donna meets with Attorney Anita Gibbs in the interrogation room. Across the room is her father involved in a shady business deal. Betray Harvey or save her father, Donna responds calling Gibbs a cold-hearted b*tch.  

Harvey returns back to work and finds Jessica (Gina Torres) in his office. Gibbs has given a subpoena to everyone in the firm. Mike thinks they should go on offense and find out Gibb's evidence; an unnamed source sent an email snitching Mike. 

Harvey thinks it could be Henry Gerard who sent the email. Jessica shows up at Jeff Malone (D.B. Woodside) asking for his help to represent her. Jeff will represent her on one condition; she had to tell him the whole truth. Rachel (Meghan Markle) tells Harvey and Mike the bad news that Donna has been arrested. 

Mike asks Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) for help with Henry Gerard, while Harvey helps out Donna. Louis deciphers "potential fraud" and figures out it's not Henry Gerard. In a flashback, Donna meets with her father, who asks for a loan. In the present, Harvey hides a secret from Donna as he interrogates her father.

Rachel tries to calm down Mike; fight this out till the end. With Jeff Malone on her, Jessica and Mike have evidence that could hurt each other. Unless Harvey confesses, Gibbs is going to get her subpoenas through Donna.  

Louis meets with Sheila (Rachael Harris) and asks her to retract the email. Sheila thought they were soulmates before but not anymore. As Donna stares at the mirror, she starts an argument at Rachel. Louis ends up getting into an argument with Mike as well. To make matters worse, Mike and Harvey continue the yelling match.

Henry Gerard refuses to lie for Mike and say he was in his class. In a flashback, Harvey refuses to put up money for Donna's father. Harvey and Donna argue whether her father knows what he's doing, risking her fortune. Donna confronts Harvey about what happened 7 years ago.

Harvey has Henry Gerard's letter that proves Mike went to Harvard. Gibbs makes a deal For Harvey and Mike to remove the dismissal and drop the charges against Donna's father.    

In a flashback, Harvey and Donna's father argue whether his business is shady. In the present, Gibbs drops off the subpoena after Sheila shows up and confesses she wrote the email. Jeff and Mike argue that her lies cost his relationship with Jessica. Mike destroys his evidence against Jessica.  

Donna tells Louis the bad news about Sheila's betrayal. Jeff steps down as Jessica's lawyer. Gretchen admits it's her fault that she tipped off Sheila. With the subpoenas, Mikes pitted against his own firm.
