The Anaheim Ducks vs. the Chicago Blackhawks battle it out on the ice at the Xcel Energy Center in Chicago on Friday, March 29 at 8:30 p.m. ET. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Friday evening hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
The Ducks head into Friday night's game as the no 1 team in the NHL Western Pacific Conference. Anaheim snags the overall no 3 spot in the division, with a 22-7-4 record. According to ESPN sports columnist Pierre LeBrun, "After an inspired win over the Blackhawks, the Ducks drop a two-game sweep at home to Detroit over the weekend. The Ducks play in Chicago on Friday night in what will be a must-see tilt. Again."
The Blackhawks snag the no 1 spot in the NHL Western Central Conference, and the no 1 overall spot with a 25-4-3 record (out of 30 teams). As LeBrun points out, "The Blackhawks finally get back to work Monday night after not playing since last Wednesday's loss at Anaheim. And it's a heck of tilt at the UC versus the reigning Cup champs from L.A."
Tonight's face-off on the ice should prove a fierce battle between two of the NHL's best teams.
The game will be broadcasted live on NHLN-US, FS-W, and CSN-CH, but fans can also listen in on the radio at 830 KLAA, KWSN, 720 WGN, ESPN 1000, and 670 The Score.
