Rapper Meek Mill, who is notably known as "Twitter Fingers," has had his share of drama battling the court system. After spending time in jail last year for failing to follow the terms of his probation, the Philly bred rapper has been on pins and needles wondering if he will suffer the same fate again. Luckily for him, he will not have to spend the next year in jail, but he will have to spend 90 days under house arrest.
According to TMZ, Meek Mill just dodged a major bullet. The Dream Chasers rapper, who has had his run-ins with the law, may be seeing a change of luck.
A Philadelphia judge sentenced the rapper to 6 to 12 months in county jail but with the luxury of serving his time on house arrest. Mill will complete a minimum of 90 days. After the 90-day period, the judge will determine if he'll do more time under house arrest.

So it seems that Nicki Minaj's sincere testimony swayed the judge in the rapper's favor. Mill had been on probation since 2009 stemming from a drug and gun conviction. After leaving town for the American Music Awards in November without permission and failing a drug test, the rapper landed himself in hot water with the courts.
During his 90-day house arrest stint, Mill will not be able to carry on business of creating any more diss tracks. The judge has strictly forbidden him from rapping or performing. He can only do charitable work for the community.
While the orders from the judge say that Meek can't make music, we are sure it will not stop him from making his Twitter fingers work.
The rapper has to turn himself in by March 1st. At that time, he will get his ankle-monitoring bracelet.
