The only thing funnier than an old man practicing Kung Fu in the parking lot of a Food Lion is when the guy taking video of it provides commentary. That is probably why the YouTube video "Kung Fu Grandpa in the Food Lion parking lot!" has gone viral across the Internet. The one minute video shows an older gentleman practicing Kung Fu with his nunchakus in Richmond, VA, while the man taking the video gives commentary from a distance.

The video was posted on YouTube Friday, March 29 and it already has over 1.5 million views as of Saturday March 30. The video was taken in a Food Lion parking lot in Richmond, VA. By all accounts, the "grandpa" in the video has no idea he was being videotaped as he practiced his Kung Fu in the parking lot. However, if you're going to do it in a public parking lot that is the risk you take I guess.

What really helped this video go viral was the commentary from the man shooting the video, presumably the same guy who posted the video on YouTube, user "aamon17." The man provided commentary and gave a play by play as the man was throwing his nunchakus around. At one point, the "grandpa" tries to throw one of his nunchakus high in the air, but he fails in trying to catch it, hurting himself in the process.

Part of the description for the video reads, "This, folks, right HERE is Richmond VA at it's finest! Jesus be a radioactive fence all around me right now and forever!" The daughter of the man videotaped must have seen the video online and she allegedly reached out to the camera man. "Aamon17" posted an update on the YouTube page saying, "Kung Fu Grandpa's DAUGHTER reached out to me on Facebook. She said her dad thinks the video commentary is AMAZING! He's a cool dude!"

It looks like the Internet has a new star, "Kung Fu Grandpa." Check out the viral video below.
