Lindsay Lohan Wardrobe Malfunction [PHOTOS]: Nip-Slip Scare Saved by Long Hair, Starlet Admits 'I'm a Mess,' Ready to Halt Career and Enter Rehab

Hollywood bad girl Lindsay Lohan experienced a wardrobe malfunction scare while exiting a plane in Brazil on Sunday, March 31. While flaunting a slinky grey dress, the 26-year-old actress' left breast popped out of the low-cut frock. Thankfully, Lohan's long side ponytail managed to cover up the potential nip-slip, and she eventually walked off the tarmac completely covered. Following this embarrassing wardrobe malfunction (and a slew of other troubling events), the "Mean Girls" starlet posted an official statement on Monday (April 1), admitting that she needs help turning her life around and that she's ready to enter back into rehab.

Lohan was recently in Brazil to promote a clothing line - the infamous boob-flash occurred while she was stepping out of a private helicopter on the Florianopolis Island. Check it out:

But Lohan's flowing red mane came to the starlet's rescue, covering up the entire nip-slip.

Given all of Lohan's ongoing, highly-publicized legal troubles (as well as her recent diva-esque behavior on the set of "Anger Management"), the "Scary Movie 5" star admits that she's finally ready to get some serious help. Check out this statement Lohan released early Monday:

"I've been living a lie for too long. I've been spiraling out of control, even if I didn't know it at the time. I lost track of who I am. I've been surrounded by enablers instead of those who will guide me down the right path... I've done many things I am not proud of," her statement continues. "I have not been forthcoming with the authorities, with my fans or with myself. I admit everything and ask that you forgive my mistakes. For so long, my approach has been to 'deny, deny, deny.' Today, I set out to change that... After a period of self-reflection I could no longer look at myself in the mirror. It is time to finally take responsibility and seek treatment for my addiction."

She concludes with: "As a result, I will be entering a 180-day in-patient treatment program effective immediately and will not return to work until next year at the earliest. I appreciate your well-wishes and hope that you will respect my privacy during this transitional period as I turn the page and become a better person."
