After years of wondering what has happened to Rory's (Alexis Bledel) love life since Gilmore Girls ended, it seems like the show's Netflix revival is about to answer some tough questions, bringing back her three most important exes: Matt Czuchry's Logan, Milo Ventimiglia's Jess and even Jared Padalecki's Dean!
According to TV Line, Ventimiglia has been cast in the role of the bad boy and endless love interest Jess, returning to the character he started playing in the original show's second season. The actor himself took to Twitter to confirm the news, sharing a snap of the Netflix revival's script.

Jess and Rory's relationship has been a fan favorite for years, as the two share a number of interests, including writing and how witty they both are. The last time audiences got to see Jess was when his publishing house (as he turned out to be a serious author) held an open house and he invited Luke (Scott Patterson) and Rory (Bledel); of course, he shares a moment with Rory, but she's still in love with Logan.
Days back, Czuchry also confirmed he'd be returning for the revival, so it seems the love triangle is still very much alive almost a decade after the show ended.
To spice things up, it turns out that Rory's first-ever boyfriend, with whom she had a relationship that even involved breaking his marriage, will also be returning: Vulture reports that Padalecki has been confirmed as part of the cast of the new Netflix project.
While Rory's mom, Lorelai (Lauren Graham) ended the series in a relationship with long-standing love Luke Danes, Rory's fate in love was pretty different: when Logan asked her to marry him, she chose her career instead and ends the series as a reporter following Barack Obama's presidential campaign.
Now that it's been years since the show ended, has Rory made a choice between her three major love interests: the first love, her redeemed bad boy or her college boyfriend? The Netflix revival can't come soon enough!
