Ciara Claims Future Sent Son's Clothes Home Smelling Like Smoke & Urine! [COURT DOCS]

Ciara is really concerned for her son according to court documents.  MStars News has learned that the singer is allegedly revealing that Future has been a careless father with it comes to their son, Future Zahir Wilburn. The mother-of-one claimed that the rapper was returning their son's clothes home smelling like smoke and urine.

In the legal documents being filed at Fulton Superior Court in Georgia, Ciara's lawyer exchanged emails with Future's lawyer and things weren't pretty at all.

The emails claimed that Ciara is offering only slightly less visitation than Future is currently demanding. Ciara's lawyer also made it clear that she was very worried about the safety of her son and said that she felt it was serious that his clothing was being returned in bad conditions.  Presumably the concern is over how the clothing got into that condition in the first place.

According to the Daily Mail, Future has been missing drug tests, and making accusations about Ciara that she says aren't true. He also has been using "foul language" on social media when referring to Ciara.

MStars News previously reported that Future tweeted harsh comments about Ciara and is now being sued for $15 million for libel and slander. One of those tweets said, "I jus want babyfuture that's all. I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture... the f***ery for 15k a month. This b***h got control problems..."

Things between the parents have been rough since Ciara started dating Seattle Seahawks star, Russell Wilson. The two revealed that they were a couple back in Spring 2015. Ciara was engaged to Future but called off her wedding after rumors began swirling that he was cheating on her.
