'Pineapple Express 2' Trailer: April Fool's Joke by Sony Really Promotes Comedy Starring Seth Rogen, James Franco, Jonah Hill and More, 'This is the End' Official Red Band Trailer WATCH [VIDEOS]

There were plenty of April Fool's jokes played on people Monday, but maybe the funniest was the "Pineapple Express 2" trailer created to promote the new movie "This is the End." Sony Pictures may score the best April Fool's Day prize for creating a joke that was entertaining and marketed their project. The video is set up like a trailer for "Pineapple Express 2," but it really is a trailer for "This is the End" starring Seth Rogen and James Franco. Actually the movie's cast is a who's who of comedy. Also starring in the summer 2013 comedy is Jason Segel, Paul Rudd, Jonah Hill, Michael Cera, as well as guest appearances from Rihanna and Emma Watson.

The movie will be released in theaters June 14. The storyline, according to the IMDB page says, "While attending a party at James Franco's house, Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel and many other celebrities are faced with the apocalypse." I would trust, if you're a fan of Rogen, Franco, Hill, Cera, Rudd, or Danny McBride's comedy it looks like this will be your movie.
