Demi Lovato is on quite the roll recently. Not only did she announce she will be returning as a judge on "X Factor," but she just put on a great performance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live." The singer performed her hit new single "Heart Attack" while visiting the late night funny man. The April 1 performance was no April Fool's joke as she performed outside in front of a live audience.
Lovato's new album "Demi" comes out May 14 through Hollywood Records and the singer should have a big hit on her hands. Lovato just released the cover art for her fourth album and it created a lot of buzz. The singer revealed a lot more of herself to fans on the cover of her latest album. Lovato released a teaser video for the album, which you can find below.
"Demi" is Lovato's follow up to her 2011 album "Unbroken" which, according to Nielsen SoundScan, sold more than 400,000 copies to date. Via Billboard, Lovato said in a statement, "It's better than anything I have ever done! I experimented with a variety of different sounds and poured my heart into writing these songs. I'm so excited for everyone to finally get the chance to hear them!"
Tuesday night Lovato will be performing on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars." She will continue promotion for the new album when she stops by "Good Morning America" and "Kelly and Michael" next week. Starting this week it will be hard to miss Demi Lovato on TV.
Lovato will also be returning for another season of "X Factor." The singer will be tasked with joining Simon Cowell in trying to help raise the shows ratings after a disappointing season. Britney Spears and L.A. Reid will not be returning as judges, so Lovato will likely be sitting alongside two new judges. Are you excited for Lovato's new album? Sound off by commenting below.
