'Teen Mom 2' Chelsea Houska Ex Adam Lind Posts More Nasty Instagram Messages!

Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska's baby daddy Adam Lind keeps getting himself into hot water for the things he posts on social media. Now, the MTV dad wrote a seemingly degrading message about girls by talking about their body sizes and shapes.

"To all you ladies who stick your ass out and try and make it look like you squat ... Put your flat ass back to its normal shape get some dignity and go earn it in the gym .." he captioned photo on Instagram that said "Wednesday Pump Day." "# 1 thing that bugs me is when girls thrive for attention of the shape of their asses .. Its like twerking ... Congratulations you can bounce your ass fat up and down..."

Adam then tries to make a distinction about the kind of woman he is talking about writing, "***this doesn't apply to ALL women*** just wana be clear to the women who have Actual muscle and have put in time and work .. Feel free to show that shit off its the same of guys and flexing their arms..."

Obviously, calling a woman out on having "ass fat" is disgusting, but we've come to expect that from the reality star. As MStars News reported, this isn't the first time he made awful remarks on Instagram. When a follower accused him of taking steroids to get more muscles, he fired back shocking racial slurs at them.

"F**king c**n, calm you're a** down before you get lumped up punk," he wrote, according to Radar Online. "Like I said, if you wanna bump your big a** gums come to Sioux Falls, SD, and let's go."
