MStars News has learned that two Mob Wives stars were denied into Angela "Big Ang" Raiola's wake over the weekend. According to New York Daily News, Brittany Fogarty and Karen Gravano were asked to stay away at Big Ang's memorial service because of their fathers' mob history.
Both of the reality stars were asked not to attend Ang's funeral that is set for Monday as well. Fogarty and Gravano's fathers cooperated with police to help turn in other major criminals, aka mobsters, more than 20 years ago.
Gravano's father, Sammy "Sammy the Bull" Gravano, worked with the FBI to catch the infamous mob leader, John Gotti.
Brittany Fogarty's mother, Andrea Giovino, explained why her family and Gravano's family were asked to stay away. "There are going to be some people going to the service whose fathers may have been killed, or put away by their cooperation (with authorities)," she said.
John Fogarty, Brittany's dad, has been in witness protection for over 20 years after helping authorities. Despite being banned from Ang's funeral, Fogarty had a wonderful relationship with her cast-mate before she died of stage 4 cancer last week.
After learning that their fellow friend and cast-mate died of lung, throat, and brain cancer, both Fogarty, and Gravano mourned her death on their social media accounts.
In the post below, Fogarty thanked the late reality star for always being there for her, and showing support. She wrote: "Thank you for always being there for me, I will forever cherish all of the memories and laughs we have shared together and all that you have taught me."

After learning that they were banned from Ang's services, Fogarty's mother claimed that her daughter cried and was very hurt.
"She's very upset," Giovino revealed. "She can't even talk on the phone. She's just been crying."It's about Ang." Giovino added, "It's the respect for her. I feel bad (we) couldn't respect her and her family by going."
