MStars News has learned that Angela "Big Ang" Raiola died at the age of 55 years old in early hours of Thursday, Feb. 18.
During her final hours, the Mob Wives star's estranged husband, Neil Murphy, was by her beside as she slipped away peacefully losing her battle with stage 4 lung and brain cancer.
According to People, Raiola's cast-mate and friend Carla Facciolo revealed that Murphy was by his wife's side throughout the night along with the reality star's other family members. "He's part of her life," Facciolo explained. "He's still her husband, you know? I don't know if they got back together, but to Ang, when she throws somebody off her for a little bit, they're always back in. She takes in people."
MStars News previously reported that Raiola split from her husband after claiming that he was not supportive during her cancer battle. Earlier this week, Raiola told Dr. Oz: "I felt like he never stepped up to the plate, so I was done with it." She added, "Now, it's too late. I would rather be by myself. I would rather be alone."
Before she died, Raiola's sister, Janine Detore, set up a GoFundMe Page to help with her medical expenses and alternative treatments.
Murphy mourned his wife's death tweeting, "I will always love you forever please watch over the grandkids I know you will."

Raiola leaves behind six grandchildren. She adored her grand-babies and had just welcomed another granddaughter into the world three weeks ago. Little Anjolie Scotto is seen posing with Big Ang in the snapshot below.
