NBC's "The Voice" had its fourth blind auditions episode last night. Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Shakria, and Usher continued to listen to young hopefuls sing their hearts out for their approval. Then the celebrity judges tried to convince the best singers to choose them to join their team. The singers were noticably off Tuesday night, as none of the singers were able to get all four judges to turn around. Lets put it this way, there were no Judith Hill's on this show.
First up was Audrey Karrasch who sang Jessie J's "Price Tag." Usher and Blake turn their chairs around and the 20-year-old model chooses Usher's team. Rocker Brandon Roush sings the Beatles' "With a Little Help From My Friends" and gets Shakira to turn her chair around. Patrick Dodd sings "Walking in Memphis" by Marc Cohn. Adam and Shakira turn around to give their pitches, with Dodd eventually choosing Team Adam.
Betsy Barta makes the bold choice of trying to sing the Adele song "Set Fire to the Rain." Of course Barta is no Adele and she doesn't get any of the judges to turn their chairs around. The show once again does one of those quick run through's showing Trevor Davis joining Team Blake, C. Perkins joining Team Shakira, and Agina Alvarez joining Team Adam.
Orlando Dixon performs Ne-Yo's "So Sick," which gets Usher to push his button at the very last second. Dixon joins Team Usher. The last, and probably the best singer of the night, was Savannah Berry. The Texas girl sings "Safe and Sound" by Taylor Swift. Blake, Shakira, and Adam turn their chairs around, but Berry tells the judges Blake's wife Miranda Lambert is one of her musical influences. Guess who she picks to be her coach?
After Tuesday night's blind auditions the coaches team member totals are as follows:
Team Adam: 8 (4 more spots)
Team Blake: 7 (5 more spots)
Team Shakira: 9 (3 more spots)
Team Usher: 8 (4 more spots)
