Gwen Stefani's blossoming romance with Blake Shelton continues going strong. But is the No Doubt rocker now rushing things, just to "beat" the country music superstar's ex-wife, Miranda Lambert?

The seedy gossip tabloid Life & Style insinuates that Lambert wants to tie the knot before Stefani and Shelton even get the chance to exchange "I dos." And "The Voice" beauty's ready to accept that challenge! An alleged insider explains:

"Miranda is determined to beat Gwen to the altar... Gwen feels like she's in a race with Miranda to see who can get married first."

Sounds a bit ridiculous, right?

Still, the source continues:

"Gwen and Miranda are both determined to outdo their first marriages - and each other."

The "Little Red Wagon" crooner just started dating fellow singer Anderson East, but supposedly they're already "discussed taking their relationship to the next level and for both of them that means one thing: marriage."

And although Stefani was initially hesitant to take the next big step with Shelton, she wants a huge bash just to prove Lamber wrong:

"[She's] pushing her attorneys to do all they can to finalize her divorce from Gavin [Rossdale] as quickly as possible... She wants to outdo Miranda in every way, and that means having the biggest celebrity wedding of the decade... Gwen thinks Miranda is behaving like a child, but she can't help it - she's playing along with her games."
