Shakira: 'The Voice' Coach Posts Baby Milan Photo on Twitter, Files Coutersuit Against Ex, Who Filed $100 Million Lawsuit Against Singer

New coach on NBC's "The Voice" and pop singer Shakira is involved in some off stage drama. The singer who just recently was photographed flaunting her post baby body, finds herself in a legal battle with her ex. This is bad news for the new mother of baby Milan, who the 36-year-old had with boyfriend soccer player Gerard Pique.

Shakira's ex, Antonio de la Rua, is filing a $100 million lawsuit against the singer after their business relationship soured following their breakup. Apparently Shakira assured her ex that their business relationship would remain intact, but Rua was fired in 2011.

Now, according to court papers Univision got access to, Shakira is filing a counter suit against Rua in the Bahamas. The "Hips Don't Lie" singer allegedly asked Rua to admit publically that they had separated since a photo of them together was released and it could have hurt their reputations. Rua allegedly accepted, but only if she said they separated a few months prior instead of the two years prior that they actually did. Shakira accepted this and they released a joint statement together.

Now Shakira is saying that she only let her ex handle stuff  because she felt bad for him. She is alleging Rua took more than $3 million without her authorization and there was another half a million wasted on the corporate credit card.

This sounds like it could get really messy for Shakira and her ex, who also happens to be the son of Argentinian ex-president Fernando de la Rúa. With a new baby, Milan, with her boyfriend Gerard Pique, this is the last thing Shakira needs to be worrying about.

Shakira also just recently posted a photo of her new baby Milan on her Twitter account (below). The singer has a busy few months ahead, and unfortunately, part of that is because it looks like she has a legal battle ahead with her ex.
