Rick Eoss is once again apologizing for a lyric in a guest verse on Rocko's "U.O.E.N.O" that many people think is about date rape. This time the Bawse took to Twitter to let people know how he felt.

"I dont condone rape. Apologies for the lyric interpreted as rape," he tweeted.

The line in question is "Put molly all in her champagne/ She ain't even know it/ I took her home and I enjoyed that/ She ain't even know it."

Last week, Rick Ross went on New Orleans radio station Q93.3 to defend his lyrics.

"Woman is the most precious gift known to man," he said. "And there was a misunderstanding with a lyric...a misinterpretation where the term rape was used. I would never use the term rape, you know, in my lyrics. And as far as my camp, hip hop don't condone that, the streets don't condone that, nobody condones that."

However, the explanation didn't appear to quell many angry listeners.

"Rick Ross condoned rape in that song and he shouldn't, and he should apologize, and the apology that he offered was unacceptable," said fellow rapper Talib Kweli in an interview with HuffPo Live.

Several activists are calling on Ross-sponsor Reebok to drop him.

"It is totally appalling that Reebok would be featuring and paying a spokesman like Rick Ross who is proudly rapping about raping women," Nita Chaudhary, co-founder of the anti-sexism and women's rights website Ultraviolet, which started the petition to axe Ross.

It seems like Ross will have a lot more explaining to do in coming weeks, though if what he said on Q93.3 holds true, he won't mind.

"I feel like us being artists that's our job," Ross said. "To clarify the sensitive things and the things that we know that really need to be clarified such as a situation as this."

What do you think about the Rick Ross date rape controversy? Who is in the wrong here? Should Reebok drop Ross? Should stations not play "U.O.E.N.O."?
