'Teen Mom OG' Amber Portwood‘s Fiance, Matt Baier, Alleged Assault Victim Dead

Teen Mom OG star, Amber Portwood may be facing more headaches. Word on the streets her fiance, Matt Baier's alleged sexual assault victim is dead.

According to Radar Online, Baier was accused by a young woman of sexually assaulting her in 2014. She also filed a restraining order againt the 44-year-old Boston man, and now we have learned that the alleged victim has died just a few months after the entire story surfaced and Baier was handed his legal papers.

The site referred to her as "Michelle" and claimed that her mother revealed that her daughter had committed suicide back in November 2014.

"Michelle was frightened of Baier following the alleged incident," the site claimed. After discovering some things about Baier, Michelle ended her relationship with Portwood's man and decided to file a restraining order against him. "She did some research on him, and found out a lot of what he told her wasn't true. She left, and filed a restraining order to protect herself."

The woman also left behind a young son. A source close to Baier defended the man and said that he never assaulted the woman and even claimed that he wasn't questioned by the authorities.

"He did not keep in touch with her, and did not know she had passed away," the source explained.

Portwood, 25 has been going through a lot with Baier. She has found herself defending him and making him not out to be the bad guy that the media portrays him as.

Earlier this month the couple spoke out about Portwood's ex's claims. Gary Shirley believed that his baby mama's new man has seven kids.

"Matt is a sweet guy," Portwood declared about her man.

She also said in a statment: "There have been many stories and allegations surrounding Matt's past," Portwood said. "Just as my own journey has proven, people make mistakes and should be given a second chance without being judged solely on those choices. We are happy and focused on building our future together."

Shirley and Portwood have a seven year old daughter named Leah.
