WWE's biggest pay-per-view of the year, WrestleMania, took place last night. For Sunday night's results you can check out the Mstarz recap here. There also was a lot of fallout and backstage news from "WrestleMania 29." We have news on Mark Henry, John Cena, The Rock, Brock Lesnar and more. There also were issues with the show and crowd of over 80,000 from last night. If you don't want to read spoilers or haven't watched "WrestleMania 29" yet, you should not read any further.
According to F4Wonline.com, there was a plan to have The Rock and Brock Lesnar get into an altercation for tonight's "Monday Night Raw" episode. However, there is no official word if that is still going to take place. There also were reportedly a lot of time constraints on last night's event, which is hard to believe since the show had four hours to work with. The eight-person tag match between Brodus Clay, Tensai, Cameron and Naomi against the Rhodes Scholars and Bella Twins was completely taken off the card. This match may be on the card for tonight's "Raw." Apparently there also were some backstage segments taken off the show, as well as a performance of "America the Beautiful."
According to F4Wonline.com, WWE also had issues with its pay-per-view stream last night and thousands of fans once again had their view obstructed by the structure built to hold up the canopy above the ring. This was a similar problem they had at last year's WrestleMania.
WWE.com has a few possible hints towards future storylines. They spoke with Mark Henry after his match with Ryback and it sounds like their feud isn't done. They also spoke with Zeb Colter who told them he and Jack Swagger weren't finished with Alberto Del Rio.
The Rock tweeted after his "WrestleMania 29" loss to John Cena. In response to UFC President Dana White wishing him luck, Rock said, "@danawhite Appreciate that brother! A helluva show. My tequila bottle awaits when I get home. Can't wait for #UFC159. #Bones"
There already is a video for "WrestleMania 30" in New Orleans next year. Check it out below.
