Jennifer Lopez: Performing on 'Dancing with the Stars' Results Show, New Album in 2013, 'On the Floor' Singer Celebrates Boyfriend Casper Smart's Birthday

Jennifer Lopez is back. The "On the Floor" singer will be performing on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" results show Tuesday night along with Andrea Bocelli. It seems like years since we last saw Lopez as a judge on "American Idol." Since her reality show judging gig Lopez news has been dominated by her relationship with boyfriend Casper Smart. However, Lopez has a tenth album expected to be released sometime in 2013.

It seems like ABC's hit reality show would be the perfect place for Lopez to announce the release date for her 2013 album. The singer will be performing with Andrea Bocelli on a show that also will feature country singer Brad Paisley. 2013 is starting to look like a big year for the 43-year-old former "American Idol" judge.

RedOne told MTV News back in 2012 that he will be producing Lopez's new album. "I'm the executive producer of [Lopez's] album, and we already have songs that are just incredible," RedOne told MTV News. It's just amazing. It's mixed [styles]. It's everything about Jennifer Lopez." Lopez's 2013 album will be a follow up to her 2011 album Love? which featured her hit single "On the Floor." Back on December 31, 2013 Lopez declared 2013 to be her year. "Anybody else excited about a new year starting!! I am!! #newheights #infinitepossibilities #Parker #Album10 #2013ismine #letsgetit :)," Lopez said on her Twitter page. Lopez also just recently tweeted that she working in the studio, presumably on her new album.  Lopez tweeted, "Late night in the studio...reading some #LOVE!RS tweets to keep me going...:) #LOVE #Album10 #LiveitUp." It also looks like Lopez and her 25-year-old dancer boyfriend Casper Smart celebrated his birthday on April 6. The singer tweeted, "Here's wishing my very special Bear a very special Birthday!! Hope you enjoy your day!! #LOVE!" I wonder what the happy couple did to celebrate?

It looks like 2013 may very well be Lopez's year.
