The Keeping Up with the Kardashian stars are being sued for almost $200 million dollars over their beauty makeup line. Ironically Kim, 35, Khloe, 31 and Kourtney, 36 are being accused of not promoting it to their millions of fans on social media. The suit against the reality personalities came about by Hillair Capital Management.

It seems back in 2012, the siblings combined with a company called Boldface to launch beauty products under the name "Kardashian Khroma." But due to a trademark dispute with the word “Kroma," they were forced to change the name to the obvious "Kardashian Beauty". However, in 2014 Boldface encountered financial difficulties and were bought out by Hillair who in turn invested $10 million in the KUWTK clan’s cosmetic collection.

According to court papers"The essence of the parties' bargain was that Hillair would put up millions of dollars to fund the continued distribution of the Kardashians' line, and the Kardashians would continue to be the faces of the line, and actively promote, market and support the line ... The Kardashians immediately stopped marketing, promoting, and supporting the line and began courting new potential investors to buy out Hillair's stake. In short, the Kardashians wanted a better, more lucrative deal."

Hillair further claims that the current Mrs. Kanye West, the former Mrs. Lamar Odom and the former Mrs. Scott Disick sabotaged the contract hoping to get a "better, more lucrative deal" from another company that never materialized. They later threatened to remove their name from the products. Other allegations include that Kim plugged other cosmetic brands and that while attending a beauty expo in Dubai, Khloe screamed, cursed and said she "hated Kardashian Beauty products."

The official charges against the threesome of terrific tushies and their companies, Kimsaprincess Inc., Khomoney Inc. and 2Die4Kourt, include fraud and deceit, breach of contract, breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing, breach of fiduciary duty, promissory estoppel and negligent misrepresentation. Financially speaking, Hillair is hoping to recoup its initial $10 million plus an estimated $180 million in loss profits. The plaintiff filed the suit in Los Angeles on Monday and is seeking a jury trial.

In a statement to ET, Kim's attorney Michael Kump claimed "This complaint is an obvious attempt to create leverage by hedge fund operators who took over the Kardashians' cosmetics brand."  He further added, "The Kardashians have suffered enormous damages as a result of the many failures and breaches created by the operator's mismanagement of the company. The lawsuit is a disgrace. It is a jumble of false accusations which will be exposed as lies."

In addition to this current lawsuit, over the years there could have been many others against the Kardashians. Here is a list of 5.

5) Jennifer Lopez could have sued them for Copyright Infringement

4) Kim’s clothes could have sued her for Pain & Suffering
