IMAX 'Behind The Frame' BTS: Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill's 'Dawn of Justice' Featurette!

IMAX presents a behind-the-scenes look at the highly anticipation superhero crossover, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. In the Behind the Frame feature, get ready to take an incredible cinematic experience during the gladiator fight between Bruce Wayne/The Dark Knight (Ben Affleck) and Clark Kent/The Man of Steel (Henry Cavill).

As we previously mentioned, Clark Kent (Cavill) wrestles with his conscience over the consequences of General Zod's vicious attack on Metropolis. After surviving the catastrophe, Bruce Wayne (Affleck) wonders if Superman could possibly become a public enemy if he is left unchecked. With the fate of the world in their hands, the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel will have to settle their own differences, as well as deal with a terrifying adversary lurking in the shadows.

In the IMAX Behind-the-Frame featurette, DC Comcis fans are given a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming superhero flick. With never-before seen footage and commentary from Director Zack Snyder (300), Director of Photography Larry Fong (Lost) discuss the challenges of what it was like to shoot several sequences with the IMAX cameras. Affleck and Cavill tease audiences about the unbelievable cinematic experience that they will witness on the big screen.

IMAX cameras just happen to be the highest-resolution cameras in the world. Only in IMAX theaters, these sequences expand vertically to fill the entire screen with breathtaking image quality.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the behind-the-scenes video even gives fans a deeper look at could possibly be DC Comics' most ruthless villains. Created the iconic Jack Kirby, Darkseid is the cosmic dictator from the hellish world known as Apokolips. If you notice carefully, Darkseid's omega symbol is burned into the landscape in the footage.
