The Toronto Blue Jays battle the Detroit Tigers in Game 2 of the series on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 1:05 p.m. ET at Comerica Park in the Detroit, MI. Heading into mid-Week 2 of the MLB 2013 season, Bleacher Report sports columnist Joel Reuter predicts the season outlook team power rankings. The Blue Jays head into Monday's game at the no. 14 spot - "The Blue Jays dropped two of three to the Indians and Red Sox to open their much-hyped season. While it's just a week's worth of performances, they fall for the time being nonetheless. With Brett Lawrie on the shelf and Jose Bautista battling an ankle injury, the offense is not at full strength yet, but they're still hitting well in spite of that. J.P. Arencibia is hitting .348 with three home runs, and Jose Reyes has a .435 average and a pair of steals. The biggest concern has to be the struggles of R.A. Dickey, who has allowed 15 hits and 10 earned runs over 10.2 innings of work to open the season 0-2. Mark Buehrle was rocked in his Blue Jays debut as well, while J.A. Happ was terrific in allowing just one hit with six strikeouts in 5.1 innings."

The Blue Jays are currently 2-5 having played the Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Indians in Week 1.

The Tigers snag the no 4 overall spot (out of 30 teams). According to Reuter, "The reigning AL champions, Detroit lost two of three to the Twins to start the season. The Tigers bounced back to take two of three from the Yankees over the weekend. Though the offense is hitting .282 as a group, they've scored just 24 runs to rank 18th in the MLB. Torii Hunter is leading the way with a .393 average, while Prince Fielder has two home runs and eight RBI. The starting rotation has been solid, but the bullpen has struggled to a 6.41 ERA. The closer's role remains a question with Phil Coke blowing a save already."

Detroit heads into Game 2 with four wins and three losses after playing the NY Yankees and Minnesota Twins. The Tigers defeated the Blue Jays in Game 1 with a score of 7-3.
