Ben Higgins might have just finished his time as the Bachelor but the 28-year-old star isn't wasting any time getting confortable with his new family. Fans watched as Higgins got down on one knee and proposed to Lauren Bushnell on the season 20 finale of the hit ABC series earlier this month, but this Easter weekend the reality star took time out of the spotlight to be with his soon-to-be bride in his hometown of Warsaw, Indiana.
That's right, Bushnell invaded Higgin's hometown this holiday weekend, as they celebrated together with his side of the family, according to Us Weekly.
Bushnell took to her Instagram account to post an adorable picture of her and Higgins together, along with his mom, Amy.
The 25-year-old Bachelor winner captioned the picture, "Love these people."
Ben also took to his social media page to pay tribute to his fiancée and his mom and posted a picture of the three of them together on his Instagram page.

In the photo that Higgins posted he is standing in the middle of his mom and his new fiancée while they both plant kisses on his checks.
In addition to the mother-son time, Bushnell also got to spend some quality time with Ben's 90-year-old grandpa while they were all in Warsaw together, which he also shared with fans on Instagram.
It is a happy time for Higgins and Bushnell as they can finally got public with their relationship, now that the finale has aired. While many Bachelor contestants seek time in the spotlight once their season is over, it doesn't seem that Lauren and Ben are looking to take the same course, as they are happy to just go back to their normal lives now that the show is over.
"The spotlight is not a desire of mine," Higgins explained in a recent interview, according to Reality TV. "If it happens, it happens and that's great and grand and whatever you want to call it. Opportunities? Yeah. I have a great job right now and Lauren has a great job. It's been fun for us."
