Kanye West and Pusha T are feeling Jay-Z's "Open Letter" vibes, in an attempt to clear the air, the Kings of G.O.O.D Music surprised fans with the release of " Numbers on the Boards."
Kanye returned to Twitter for the first time in months to comment on Hov's "Open Letter" track, he tweeted:
Our family Hov brought that real hip hop shit this morning so me and Pusha wanna keep that feeling going
— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) April 11, 2013
The cover for the song, which is a blank canvas with the word “No Artwork” emphasized Yeezy’s tweet, as he wanted to focus on just the music and nothing else.
The Kanye West produced track, features a classic Kanye beat infused with a sampled looped quote, drums, and smooth feel that could easily carry you on a cruise down the I-95 cruise from Virginia to the I-94 in Chi-Town.
Pusha T effortlessly assassinates the beat with hard hitting punch lines and an infamous nod to designer Givenchy. While Pusha’s delivery is more than sub-par it’s Yeezy’s production genius that drives the track.
What do you think of "Numbers on the Boards?"
According to The Huffington Post, "Numbers on the Boards," which includes a quick Jay-Z sample -- with Knox, was finished shortly before it hit the web.
