'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Ex Nathan Not Going to Jail for Stealing Her Belongings!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans recently took out a warrant for ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith's arrest on charges that he stole $1000 worth of her belongings from a car they shared. It looks like it's the MTV dad's lucky day because he will not have to go on trial for larceny.

"They went to mediation today and the state will be filing a dismissal in court," Nathan's lawyer, Megan Milliken, told Radar Online. "The case has been dismissed."

"Any day one of my clients gets a dismissal is great day," she continued. "We are happy with the outcome."

However, Starcasm is reporting there is a stipulation to the charges being dropped. According to a source, "Nathan must pay Jenelle $300 for Kaiser's clothes taken and not returned." Apparently, the reality dad has until Monday to pay or the charges will remain.

While this ordeal seems like it is behind them, Jenelle and Nathan are still in the middle of a nasty custody battle for their son, Kaiser. The two were supposed to go to mediation to discuss a custody agreement, but the North Carolina mom was busy in NYC filming for MTV.

"She has to go to her mediation orientation today because she was too sick to fly for her scheduled orientation," according to Nathan's lawyer. "That was the night she was on live television for MTV. But Nathan already completed his."

Jenelle told PEOPLE that she and Nathan have not been getting along as of late because he's been jealous of her relationship with new boyfriend David Eason.

"It's just a lot of butting heads right now. I think he's really not putting all personal issues aside - he's not making it just about Kaiser," the MTV mom said.

"I think he's really jealous of David," she went on. "He's claiming I'm letting Kaiser called David 'Dada,' but Kaiser knows David by 'David' - I would never do that to Kaiser and I would never do that to Nathan because that's unfair."
