MStars News has learned that Tisha Campbell-Martin is speaking out about her family's debt after it was revealed that the actress and her husband, Duane Martin owe $15 million. Their bankruptcy drama has been all over the Internet this week and now Campbell-Martin has something to say about her financial troubles.
According to the LA Times, Campbell-Martin explained her money issues in a series of tweets before deleting them. The Dr. Ken star wrote: "Hey anybody got nickel? Yeah guys it's not like what's being reported at ALL but it's funny tho," she joked. "Quick statement, have y'all seen the movie 'The Big Short?'... Yup we did file but its becuz my hubby n I invested n real estate, got involved w some loans b4 the BANKS caused the market to crash ... Obviously couldn't agree 2 a settlement with the banks, so we filed to reorganize, that's all, but I so appreciate the genuine concern 4 my fam. I got the best supporters ever thanks TWITTER FAM," Campbell-Martin finished.
MStars News previously learned that the Martin's were apparently earning around $7,600 a month with their work projects, but were over spending buying things that had their bills at $17, 000 a month. The couple apparently only has $313,000 in assets, which included: $300,000 in personal and real estate property, like their three cars, five motorcycles and a house.
As for work Campbell-Martin has been back in the studio making new music and picking gigs here and there while promoting her new song, "Lazy B*tch." Her husband is currently starring in the hit BET show, Real Husband's of Hollywood.

Martin was famous in the 90s for his hit role in Above the Rim, a film co-starring Tupac Shakur. He also played in White Men Can't Jump, Woo and Any Given Sunday. Martin also starred in the popular 2003-2007 sitcom, All of Us, co-starring LisaRaye McCoy.
His wife, Campbell-Martin was also the girl of the 90s. She starred in the famous sitcom, Martin as Gina. In 2001, she went on to play Janet "Jay" Marie-Kyle on the hit sitcom, My Wife and Kids. Campbell-Martin was also popular in the hit '90s films, House Party, House Party 2, and House Party 3.
