Tamar Braxton Defends Adrienne Bailon's Relationship: "You Don't Want to Look a Hoe"

When it comes to Adrienne Bailon's new relationship with Israel Houghton, Tamar Braxton has her co-host's back. MStars News has learned that the singer, and talk show host defended her pal's new love life during an episode of The Real. In the clip below things got real for Bailon as she opened up about her relationship to set some things straight as Braxton added that it was a good thing Bailon went on and cleared the air because she didn't want to "look like a hoe."

Last week, Bailon confirmed that she was in a relationship with the Gospel, Grammy award winning star said that they were not dating when he filed for divorce from his wife, Meleasa Houghton.

"Yes, I am dating. His name is Israel Houghton," Bailon previously stated.  "As some of you guys may know. And I think, I'm more than anything so grateful that I have a platform like this where I can be with my girls. The show is called The Real. It is a place to speak about the truth and honesty and be real about things. So with that being said, this man pictured here is not married. Praise God!"

After getting a bit emotional, Braxton along with the other ladies of The Real cheered up their co-host standing up to Bailon's critics and basically said it's no one's business what she does with her love life, telling Bailon that she didn't have to explain anything.

Braxton took it to a higher level and said: "You don't have to explain your life to anybody. I love you, I know you. I know Israel, I love Israel. I know he's a great guy, and a great dad, and you guys don't have to explain your relationship to anybody," Braxton declared to Bailon.

"You guys know what you have, it's something special, something magical. You're a wonderful woman. It's hard out here to try to find love child so get your life."

Bailon replied thanking her friend and co-host and said that she was glad to be clearing up the status of her relationship.

Bailon also made it clear why she wanted to talk about her new man. She wanted people to know what is it so that the gossip would stop. Ballon said: "You don't jump out the gate and start dating somebody and go make announcements. You let things build up, you find out where it's going," as Braxton replied: "Yeah because you don't want to look like a hoe in these streets." Yikes! Just take a look at Bailon's face when Braxton says that. Pure shock!

MStars News previously reported that the media went wild after Bailon was spotted with Houghton on a romantic getaway to Mexico. The press reported that the relationship was a bit shocking because Houghton just revealed that he was getting a divorce not long ago.

Now that everything is explained. We with these two the best!
