Anne Hathaway is officially a mom! The Oscar-winner gave birth to her first child with her husband, Adam Shulman, on March 24. Not only did they manage to welcome a healthy baby boy into the world, but they also managed to do so in complete privacy last month.
E! News reported that Hathaway and Shulman named their son Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman. No other details were released at this time.

Hathaway and Schulman were married in 2012, and the actress has been vocal about her desire to have children in previous interviews.
“I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely,” Hathaway told Vogue at the time. “I think about it all the time, though it's a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I'll be depends on the kind of children I have. I can't wait to meet them.”
Earlier this year, amid pregnancy rumors, Hathaway shared a photo of herself in a bikini, baring her very pregnant stomach.
"Posting a bikini pic is a little out of character for me, but just now while I was at the beach I noticed I was being photographed. I figure if this kind of photo is going to be out in the world it should at least be an image that makes me happy (and be one that was taken with my consent. And with a filter," she wrote. "Wishing you love, light and blessings for the year ahead!"

She also told The Telegraph she and her husband were open to expand their family via adoption, saying, “I’ll start with one healthy kid but I’d like to have a few naturally and adopt. I gotta get on it, you know? I’d like to have as many (kids) as I can afford, not just financially but in terms of time, because you want to make sure each one feels special.”
