The XXL 2013 Freshman Class is preparing for tour, and some of the rappers, dubbed “best ever” have released “freestyle” videos to give fans a sample of what to expect on tour and remind haters why they topped the list.
With the upcoming Freshman Class tour, XXL is in overdrive promiting the class, the magazine posted this message to fans on the website:
Programming note before we get to the cover: Over the next few days and weeks, we'll be releasing exclusive content only on XXL including the freestyles, cyphers and behind-the scenes videos. Freestyles kick off on April 8th. You'll definitely want to see them.
We'll also be answering questions like why is Chief Keef the "11th Freshman?"
The XXL 2013 Freshman Class tour will start in Philadelphia, PA (May 1) with Big K.R.I.T. and Action Bronson, then hit Los Angeles, CA (May 18) with Bronson, Ab-Soul and Schoolboy Q performing for their home base and move on to New York City (May 21) with all of the Freshman class hitting the stage, according to MTV News.
More dates will be announced soon, however; Chief Keef, who got the honorary nod as the 11th Freshman, is not scheduled to perform on the tour at this time, MTV News Reported.
