The CW Network continues with an all-new episode of DC's Legends of Tomorrow. As the group time-travels to the Old West, will bounty hunter Jonah Hex (Johnathon Schaech) end up fighting Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) in a quick draw?
As we previously mentioned, the stakes have risen so high that heroes alone are not enough. Having seen the apocalyptic future, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) is tasked with assembling a misfit group of heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat. To save time itself and the entire planet from destruction, can this ragtag team defeat the immortal Vandal Savage (Casper Crump)?
In our recent recap, Rip Hunter and the team debated about whether or not they should kill Vandal's protege, who turned out to be a real bratty "Baby Hitler." They discovered the kid was a true psychopath as he killed his own father. Hunter and the others made the future even worse and speeded up Savage's reign of terror in the process.
In an interview with Comic Book Movie, That Thing You Do! actor explains why the time-traveling team encounter the western gunslinger, "He has a past with Rip. It's addressed in the episode. Some unfinished personal business."
Schaech describes the disfigured DC Comics antihero, "Tough, pissed, dark with a sense of humor. A Quick draw with a good heart. A conflicted soul who has a personal oath to protect the innocent. Everyone was excited to bring the legend of Hex to life."
In an interview with Good Men Project, executive producer Marc Guggenheim explains why this upcoming episode is his favorite, "That was an episode where everything sort of came together. When you are doing a first season of a show, any first season is a process of discovery. It is a process of discovery for the audience, the writers, the producers and what works and what doesn't. I just think episode 11 was where it all sort of clicked."
