The Oakland A's snag the no 9 overall spot (out of 30 teams). According to ESPN.com, "According to New A's shortstop Jed Lowrie has the second-most hits (13) in the majors, including three home runs, so far.
The Oakland has nine wins and two losses after playing the Seattle Mariners, Houston Astros, and Los Angeles Angels. The Athletics proved victorious against the Tigers with a score of 4-3.
