Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos' wife, has finally broken her silence to reveal when she will return to her show after her extended hiatus following Michael Strahan's exit from Live! With Kelly and Michael to work full time for ABC's Good Morning America.
The New York Times obtained an email that Ripa sent to her show’s staff expressing a wish to bury the hatchet and move forward, as well as making plans to return to the show on Tuesday.
"I wanted to thank you all for giving me the time to process this new information," Ripa wrote. "Your kindness, support, and love has overwhelmed me. We are a family and I look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday morning."
The agreement for her return followed consultations between executives at ABC and Ripa's representatives at CAA. It is unclear what specific agreement was reached.

Tuesday's show will be the first time Ripa and Strahan are reunited on camera since last week's announcement. The former football star will leave in September to work full time on GMA. And ever since Ripa skipped work on Wednesday, she has been reportedly furious with her bosses for moving co-host Strahan off her talk show and keeping her in the dark about it. Fans have wondered when Ripa will be back.
Now that her return is confirmed, that first episode since the scandal on April 26 is definitely going to be awkward to say the least. But Ripa's return will likely fuel the ratings for "Live" and stir even more coverage of the controversy.
