Arrow Season 4 Spoilers: Twitter Reacts David Ramsey's John/Andy Diggle Spartan Twist!

The CW Network continues Season 4 of Arrow. In the fight against Damien Dhark (Neal McDonough), Twitter had lots to say about the shocking twist between John Diggle aka Spartan (David Ramsey) and Andy Diggle (Eugene Byrd).

In our previous recap, Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne) struggled to accept that his daughter was actually dead as a new Black Canary surfaced. Oliver tried to keep his team together as Diggle went after The Mayor to find his missing brother. At her funeral, Oliver remembered in flashbacks how much they loved each other after Tommy's death. After Laurel's funeral, Oliver knew he had to stop Damien once and for all. Though she was against killing from the start, Felicity asked Oliver finish Damien and take his life; as if she were giving him her permission.

In our recent recap, Damien Dhark (Neal McDonough) had setup John and Andy to fight while he went after Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson)'s Rubicon chip. With Thea (Willa Holland) kidnapped, Damien is close to his master plan, Genesis. As the two brothers fought, Andy promised he wouldn't stop chasing after John's wife and daughter until they were dead. After Andy played his mind games, John had no choice but to shoot and kill his own baby brother.

In an interview with Extra, Ramsey explained Diggle's arc, "The same thing that makes Diggle strong in that he sees it black and white and therefore he's honorable and super loyal and he will take the grenade, is the same thing that is his Achilles heel. He can't really wrap his head around the gray areas. ... You're going to see a Diggle who has to deal with the gray and because of that, he is fractured and he is willing to do things that you never would have thought him to do."
