"Arrow" S04E22 "Lost in the Flood" Stephen Amell, Emily Bett Rickards Premiere Recap

The CW Network continues with the Season 4 premiere of Arrow. In episode 22, Lost in the Flood, can Stephen Amell/Green Arrow (Oliver Queen) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) win the fight against Damien Dhark (Neal McDonough)?

With the artifact's powers at hand, Damien takes down the Green Arrow and Diggle (David Ramsey). While Damien escapes, the others are almost trapped inside by a cave-in. 

Malcolm (John Barrowman) sees Thea (Willa Holland) mourning for Alex. Unfortunately, she doesn't know where Lonnie Machin is. Felicity and (Tom Amandes) are trying to figure out what they can do next.

Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthrone) arrives at headquarters and gets the update. Felicity has discovered where Thea has been kept hiding. In the flashback, Oliver discovers what the artifact does to a person wounded and almost dying.In the present, Malcolm decides to brainwash his own daughter. 

The Green Arrow and Diggle have finally made it to the dome. Felicity has to deal with her father and Curtis. She discovers her mother (Charlotte Ross) and father in the midst of an argument. With the end of the world coming, Felicity has to reveal that she has been working with the Green Arrow. 

After taking down the guards, the Green Arrow finds himself fighting his own sister. Diggle shows up and starts shooting at the guards. The shootings take place in the middle of the dome's suburbia. The two find themselves hiding in the basement of a building.

The Mayor orders for the death of Arrow and Diggle. In the flashback, Dianna is interested in getting revenge but she's feeding off the artifact's powers. In the present, Curtis and Felicity finds themselves hacked by Damien's protege, Cooper.

Felicity's plan is to create a surge back at Cooper as he hacks into their firewall. An explosion knocks out Cooper and puts Rubicon offline. Felicity notices her mother is upset after seeing her close to Noah. 

In the flashback, Oliver tries to stop Diana from killing a wounded solider. In the present, Felicity's mother explains she ran away  after fully knowing who Noah is. While Diggle takes out the guards, Arrow finds himself in a rematch with Thea. 

Thea fights the brainwashing and stops Malcolm from killing Diggle. Their fighting is interrupted by Lonnie Machin's newscast. Lonnie has actually taken the Mayor, Damien's wife and daughter hostage. 

After stabbing Damien's wife, Lonnie finds himself fighting Arrow, Thea, and Diggle. As the dome explodes, Diggle saves the daughter but the Mayor dies in the cave-in. As Star City burns down, Arrow make contact with Felicity. 

Malcolm visits Damien, tells him about Lonnie, and his missing daughter. With his wife dead, Damien just want everything burn to Hell.

Noah is asked by his ex-wife to leave their daughter. 

Damien shows up at Felicity's place to take her hostage.
