Purported leaks of "Get Lucky", the first single off of Daft Punk's Random Access Memories have been taking over the Internet ever since the French electro legends teased the track with a trailer at Coachella and an ad during Saturday Night Live.

The majority of these so-called leaks have been fan-made loops posted as clickbait or just to mess with rabid Daft Punk fans. However, the clip that was recently played by Edmonton radio station SONiC 102.9 sounds, in their own words "pretty damn close" to the real thing.

What sets this track apart from the other supposed leaks (two of which managed to fool Stereogum and Rolling Stone) is that this leak actually contains verses from Pharrell.

The track features Pharrell on vocals, the robots on bass and drums and Nile Rodgers on guitar and clocks in around 4:08, which is what Amazon has listed as the track length of "Get Lucky."

There is one sign that it might be a fake, or at least an unfinished version. Pharrell's verses sound flat and unmixed especially when placed against the super-glossy chorus that we've come to know.

(Head over to HuffPo to check out the track for yourself.)

Fake or not, it sound pretty good. And should do a little bit to quell Daft Punk fans until the official April 19 release date of the digital single version of "Get Lucky." Random Access Memories as a whole won't drop until May 21.

What do you think of the leak of "Get Lucky"? Does it sound like it could be the real deal? Will 2013 be Daft Punk's year as soon as Random Access Memories drops? Will you be picking up  a copy of RAM? How about the digital single on April 19?
