Fans of the Real Housewives of New York City might have watched last season as Bethenny Frankel tried to pick up the pieces as she moved on from her split with ex Jason Hoppy.
The two have been in a very heated divorce for the last three years, one that saw Hoppy still residing in the couples old love nest. Even though Season 8 of RHONY showed Frankel moving into a new apartment, it seems that Hoppy has finally vacated her original NYC home.
According to Us Weekly, the TriBeCa house in question has been part of their lengthy divorce proceedings since they split in December 2012, and while a judge ruled they were to cohabitate the apartment, Frankel instead moved between temporary living arrangements and hotels until finding her own place.

However, on her SiriusXM show B Real With Bethenny, the SkinnyGirl mogul revealed that her ex had finally moved out of their once shared apartment.
"I've cried so many times," the RHONY star stated on the show, adding, "When is it going to be over? When am I going to get that apartment back? I just wanted so badly for that to be over and to be able to sell it and just close that part of the chapter. The divorce isn't over, but that part [is]."
Since Hoppy vacated the apartment, Frankel has been back, but she does state on the radio program that it wasn't the homecoming she was expecting, but rather a much more somber experience.
"I walked in and it just washed over me. I sobbed for hours," Frankel explained. "It was like this release, and you always think things are going to be one way. I thought it was going to be, like, the biggest party ever. I'd be roller-skating through there with my top off, my t**s hanging out, so excited -- and there's nothing good about any of it. It was all just remembering moving in there. It was a hideous experience, and I just didn't know how to even process the feeling."
