Nicki Minaj Idol Outfit [IMAGES]: Rapper Cleavage-Baring Little Red Dress, Too Hot For Prime Time? Shuts Mariah Carey Down With 'Simmer Down Sir'

Nicki Minaj, is sparking American Idol controversy again. She wore a cleavage bearing skin-tight red dress, that ignited social media frenzy, with fans bashing her “stripper” like look, and her latest cat-fight with fellow host Mariah Carey.

Nicki Minaj walked out stage in a curve hugging bandage dress featuring a gauging cut out to display her cleavage, long bone straight blonde hair, and red lips-that did a lot of talking. If her outfit didn’t attract enough attention, then her it was her comments towards Grammy Award winning diva Mariah Carey that landed her in the hot seat.

Nicki Minaj told Mariah Carey to “simmer down sir” after Mariah defended her comments towards contestant Kree Harrison.
Mariah thought that Kree Harrison's "She Talks to Angels," by the Black Crows, was off the mark, The Examiner reported. This was when Nicki slammed her with the insult and she also had this to say:

“I disagree … that was the best performance of the night,” Nicki said, to which Mariah chimed in, “I wasn’t saying she was awkward … you don’t really disagree with me.”

“No, I do and I’ll explain,” Nicki said — at which point Mariah tried to say something again, and she told her, “simmer down, sir.”
However, Nicki Minaj’s red-hot tongue lashing, was not all bad. She later offered MiMi well deserved comment, following Candice Glover’s performance of the Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey duet "When You Believe.”

“I have to say, I remember having nothing and locking myself in my room crying watching that video because I believed every word,” Nicki remembered. “That kind of collaboration has never happened since,” Nicki said.
