Lea Michele opened up in more ways than one in the latest issue of Women's Health U.K. where the Scream Queens star shared her health tips, but also shared her naked body, as she posed nude for the magazine's cover. However, it wasn't her fitness routine that got fans buzzing, but instead a tattoo that they noticed on her butt, which paid tribute to her ex-boyfriend and Glee star Cory Monteith.
Michele and Monteith met on the set of Glee and dated for a few years before the star's untimely death in 2013.
In the magazine photos, the 29-year-old actress shows off the ink on her rear-end which reads "Finn." The tattoo pays tribute to Monteith's character, Finn Hudson, who he played on the hit Fox musical series.
However, this isn't the first tattoo that Michele has gotten to honor her late boyfriend, according to PEOPLE she also has the number five inked on her body, which represents that number on the back of Finn's jersey, which he wore on the series.
Despite losing Monteith, and her split from Matthew Paetz, which happened earlier this year, the star stays that she is in the best place emotionally right now.
"Right now, I feel physically in my best shape, and emotionally in my best place," the star said, according to Us Weekly. "I'm not perfect. I'm not trying to represent myself as being some perfect girl, but I love myself, flaws and all."
She does explain that her SoulCycle classes are something that she contributes to helping her feel good mentally.
For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave, the endorphins are buzzing, I'm glowing and I feel like I can take on the world," the Brunette Ambition author stated.
One tip that she mentions for maintaining her perfect body is keeping healthy options for snacking in the house.
'I keep my home almost completely gluten free and vegan, which I think is important because when you reach for a snack at home, then you're getting something healthy," Michele told the magazine.
