Miley Cyrus Twitter: "Fall Down" Singer Reveals Father Billy Ray Still Pays Her Phone Bills

Even though Miley Cyrus has ridiculous amounts of Disney money stashed away, apparently her father still covers a few of her expenses. According to Miley's Twitter, Miley's dad Billy Ray Cyrus still pays her phone bills. Check out the tweet below:

"‪@billyraycyrus just found out you've been paying for my wifi and phone bill for the past year. Thanks dad!  Xo Sissy ❤" Cyrus wrote.

Though Miley and Billy Ray haven't been on the best of terms over the last several years, it appears Daddy Cyrus is unwilling to let his daughter go it on her own entirely.

(Of course, this raises this question, "Where did Miley think the internet and phone were coming from?")

You could maybe say that her dad was covering her expenses so that she could sock away for her upcoming wedding. However, inside sources and Billy Ray himself claim they are not so sure that Liam Hemsworth and his bride will ever walk down the aisle.

"I didn't know the answer. They're young. They're kids. The great news is, they're great friends. They're really, really good friends. If you end up getting married, that's your business too, you know?" Billy Ray told ABC News when asked about his daughter's impending nuptuals.

"I don't know. I really don't," he said. "I play it by ear and I know whatever is meant to be, that's the way it's going to happen."

Inside sources have told Life & Style Life & Style that the wedding is off.

They were supposed to get married in June," the source said. But there have been so many problems with them."

"They thought it was best to work out their issues before making such a big commitment. Everyone keeps it saying it - they're too young to be getting married."

Neither Liam or Miley have confirmed this.
