NCIS New Orleans Season 3 Episode 3 Spoilers: The Truth is Out About Meredith Brody

Fans of NCIS New Orleans Season 3 have a hole in their heart and the only one who can fill it Agent Meredith Brody. She hasn't showed up since the season premiere that took place last month. 

According to Australian Network News, Zoe McLellan, the actor of Agent Meredith Brody, left NCIS after the season finale from season two. It was never really stated to why she left. It's not even sure if she is ever going back. Unlike Michael Weatherly, Zoe did not release any kind of statement about any kind of departure from the show. 

What happened in the Season 2 finale was, Agent Brody decided to leave the team. This took place after her intimate romance with Agent John Russo. Apparently Russo has been planning a ploy of terrorism. However the team was able to stop the attack of Russo from happening, but this gave a reason for the team to look at Agent Brody in a different light. Doubts was everywhere. Because of that, Agent Brody had no other choice but to leave the team. 

 It was mentioned in TV Line, the producers of NCIS that Zoe McLellan's departure was a creative decision. Although, the fans truly think otherwise. Rumours based on what's going on in McLellan's life came about to create speculations. One time she asked for a raise that was eventually put down. Other speculations is that Zoe decided to leave because she would like to spend more time with her family after the recent divorce that has taken place with J.P. Gillian. 

Story wise, Vanessa Fertile will be playing as an FBI special agent named Tammy Gregorio. She will be filling up McLellan shoes for the meantime because she will be taking over Brody's role in the team. There's more to this character, so make sure to tune in for this season of NCIS.
