Beyonce 'Golden N*pple' Outfit: Bey Defends Mrs. Carter Show World Tour Costume Choice With Similar Costume

Apparently, nothing anyone can say can sway Beyonce on her costume choices. In spite of the confusion (and in some cases, outrage) generated by Bey's golden-nipple costume in her Serbian Mrs. Carter Show world tour debut, she continued to rock another, similar costume at her Croatian show.

While this outfit was definitely toned-down when compared to her previous ensemble, the offending metallic, curiously placed mounds were still there. Check out photos of her anatomically correct gold leotard here.

Beyonce has yet to respond directly to the criticisms laid upon her for her costume choice.

"It is surprising and a little bit dismaying to see that Beyonce seems to think she needs to position herself visually in the same way as she has always been a shining example of how a woman can command attention and be sensual in a very classy way," Fox's Arianne Sommer said. "Beyonce has always been known for her clean sex appeal, which is largely the reason why she is so successful with commercial endorsements for big, family oriented brands such as Pepsi and L'Oreal. It would not surprise me if the telephone hot lines of these brands are running hot right now with enraged mothers."

Author Sara Maria agreed saying ""Although some of Beyonce's costumes were stylish, the faux breasts and nipples is much closer to vulgar. It certainly makes a statement, but is it a statement worth making?"

In other Beyonce world tour news, the singer has tapped New Orleans R&B crooner Luke James to open for the European leg of her tour.

"Luke James is a gifted singer and songwriter and what he does on stage with his pure falsetto is incredible," Beyonce said in a statement. "I am excited to have him join the tour and to introduce this soulful singer to an audience in Europe that will be discovering a true star."

James called the selection "an unimaginable honor."
