Janet Jackson is very excited in expecting her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana. She wants the world to know that it is not too late for her to get pregnant and be a mom at her age.

The 50-year old singer shared a photo of her dressed all in white and sporting her baby bump exclusively with PEOPLE Though Janet earned a little weight, it seems fine with her, because her new blessing is the most important.

Later in April, Janet Jackson postponed her 'Unbreakable World Tour' in May to focus on "planning" a family right before another source confirmed that the star was expecting her first child, as reported by Celebrity Babies. "We thank God for our blessing," she posted on her Twitter account.

According to CNN Entertainment, speculation arises that the singer and her Qatari billionaire Wissam Al Mana were expecting the baby soon. This pregnancy is surely the reason why she had her concert tour canceled.

"I thought it was important that you be the first to know," Janet said in her Twitter video before her pregnancy announcement. "My husband and I are long time planning to have our family, so I'm going to have to delay the tour."

Since her pregnancy, Janet kept herself in low profile; meanwhile, she was spotted shopping at a baby store in London's Back in Action Furniture store. Just like any mom-to-be, Janet can't wait to see her first baby.

"She is extremely excited about her pregnancy, and she is doing extremely well," according to a source close to the Jackson family. "She feels excellent about everything."
