In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings and subsequent manhunt, Americans and in particular the people of Boston have banded together in the face of tragedy. You have stories of everyday people scrambling toward explosions to help bombing victims, a tear-jerking rendition of the National Anthem at the Bruins game, funny men showing off their patriotic pride... and now there's one more example, an electronic billboard off of I-93 that sends a straightforward message to the bombing suspects. "COWARDS," it says before changing to the message "Pray for Boston."

The billboard was purchased by the Boston chapter of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

"It was Local 103′s way of shouting out our feelings of anger," said IPEW business manager Michael P. Monahan in an interview with ABC News.

No IPEW members were hurt in the blasts but the headquarters for the chapter are in Dorchester, Mass., where the bombings youngest victim, an 8-year-old boy lived.

A representative of IPEW told ABC News that they plan to incorporate new messages into the sign.

Two suspects in the bombings, Chechen brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, have been hunted by the police since yesterday.

Tamerlan, 26, died in a firefight with police after a car chase in which the brothers hurled explosives at law enforcement officers. Dzhokhar is still at large.

The city of Boston went on lockdown today as SWAT teams and police officers searched Watertown for the Tsarnev.

According to a report, filed by the Dallas Morning News at 5:50 p.m., police believe they have cornered the remaining suspect.
