Samsung seems now ready to unveil the upcoming product Samsung Chromebook Pro which was rumored to be working on a high-end. At the same time, a promo page for this Samsung's high-end Chromebook Pro came up online revealing photos and specs.
According to IBT, 'Kevin' is the given codename for the upcoming Samsung Chromebook Pro which hasn't yet confirmed by Samsung, but listed on B&H listing for October 24 onwards availability. The price for this new gadget from Samsung is on $499 price tag, which is a real downside for its hundred dollars higher than usual prices of Chromebooks in the market.
Meanwhile, when talking about specs, this Samsung Chromebook Pro is a giant one. This Chromebook from Samsung will come with an all-metal design with a 12.3-inch touchscreen display which can rotate 360 degrees packed with a screen resolution of 2,400 x 1,600 and an aspect ratio of 3:2.
Inside its thin body are specs such as an ARM 2 GHx Hexa-core processor, 4GB of Ram, 32 GB of primary storage, a stylus stored inside the Chromebook and a battery that will provide 10 hours battery life, as per ITechPost. This is the first ever Chromebook model to come with a stylus and only weight 2.38 pounds and is 0.5- inch thin.
On the other hand, the landing pages came only for a short period from retailers Adorama and B&H, and the landing pages introduce the Samsung Chromebook Pro with some specs details and photos as well as the price.
Earlier this year, Google just added Android app support to Chrome OS for a select list of Chromebooks. However, because this will feature a touchscreen this highly indicate the Android app support, even though not confirmed yet.
And because the price was already established, tech enthusiasts and gadget fans are now patiently waiting for October 24 for this Samsung's Premium Chromebook Pro. Expect more specs to be released soon.
