Pokemon has created an enormous following ever since it's birth back in the 90's. It continues to grow with the sudden burst of love from Pokemon Go players and the on going Pokemon games from the roots of Pokemon Red and Blue towards the about to be released Pokemon Sun and Moon for the Nintendo 3DS.
Most fans may now rejoice for the very first movie "Pokemon: The First Movie" is coming back into the theatres again soon. According to Screen Crush, the official Pokemon website just announced that they're bringing back the classic 1999 film "Pokemon: The First Movie" in theatres. And yes loyal Pokemon fans, it will also show that classic Pokemon short film "Pikachu's Vacation".
According to Highsnobiety, the first time the movie premiered 17 years ago, success was inevitable as it scored $163.6 million at the box office. Since Pokemon Go has created more fans the movie is set to be released again at 200 selected Cinemark theaters. Only for two nights at October 29 and November 1. Tickets will be priced st $5.
Pokemon has always captured the hearts of many and still continues to do so with the franchise that never shows any signs of stopping at all. Pokemon Go may have subsided recently, but the fandom never ends and there are still the loyal fans that keep going just to get their fix of Pokemon.
"Pokemon: The First Movie" will always be nostalgic for most Pokemon fans. The game that started in the Nintendo Game Boy and has continue to grow and win the hearts through their lovable unique creatures.
