Is Jill Duggar Dillard pregnant? Derick Dillard responds to pregnancy rumors via Twitter

Fans and viewers of "Counting On" are speculating that Jill Duggar Dillard could be pregnant with her second baby. Pregnancy rumors grew after fans saw hints that point out to Jill being pregnant. Derick Dillard also fanned the flame as he commented on a fan asking if the rumors are true on Twitter.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, Jill is rumored to be pregnant because of a "Counting On" preview that showed her apparently sporting a baby bump. The report said that it could simply be the way the reality star was sitting that made her fans think that she was pregnant. Another rumor said that Jill lately craves food that she loved to eat back when she was pregnant with Israel who is now 18 months old.

Viewers also mentioned that the couple may already be planning on baby number two since their child is already 18 months. There was a time when the couple said that they wanted more children and even thought about adopting. But recently, Derick said that if they had another baby, it would be done biologically and not through adoption. These remarks could only mean that the two are indeed trying to conceive another child.

The Inquisitir meanwhile said that the reality television couple may already be pregnant but are not yet ready to reveal the news. During her pregnancy with Israel, Jill kept her condition and only revealed that she was pregnant during her first trimester.

At the moment, Jill and Derick are back in Arkansas and enjoying the company of Jill's huge family. Meanwhile, Derick answered a fan via his Twitter account. The fan asked if Jill was pregnant; Derick simply replied "not yet." From his reply, it looks like they don't have a baby yet however, it seems that they are trying to conceive now.
