Justin Bieber Selena Gomez KISSING [IMAGES]: 'Boyrfriend' and 'Come & Get It' Singers Spotted LIP LOCKING in NORWAY, Is Justin Selena's 'Boyfriend"?

Justin Bieber has got "#Thatpower" over Selena Gomez.  The young stars were spotted reuniting in Oslo, Norway. Selena reportedly flew out catch Biebs in concert Thursday, April 19, and according to Norway media the pair has been inseparable ever since.

"They were holding hands, hugging and they kissed on the lips," a source told People Magazine. "They looked really in love, like no fights ever happened before." Adding, "It definitely looked like they were back together."

Selena told David Letterman on the "Late Show with David Letterman" in March that she was, and now just a month later Justin Bieber could be her "Boyfriend."

The Friday after the concert TMZ posted a photo of Justin heading to a vehicle with his iPhone in hand.  Selena Gomez was right by his side, an image of her was Justin's screen saver.  The photo of Gomez is from a March 4 photoshoot, according to The Huffington Post.

According to TMZ Selena and Justin reunited, is no big surprise, TMZ previously reported, that the couples has seen each other periodically since breaking up at the end of 2012.  We're told he's been "tortured" because she's been giving him mixed signals.

Fans can finally cheer in elation, as they prompted to take sides, following Justin and Selena's November break-up after two years of coupledom.
